By the grace of destiny, not only have you found someone that you like so much you want to spend the rest of your life with them, but they also feel the same way about you! There are many events in a person’s life but few are as miraculous as this one-in-a-million chance event. It’s a day where you’re looking incredible and you’re surrounded by people who think the world of you, so if you were ever to document one day of all days then why not this one?

Why video?

Photos are an incredible medium, but only with video can you relive the moment in real-time, see how a person’s face lights up, a tear fall, hear the laughter and feel the emotion at that one moment in time. Sure, anyone can pull out a phone, and in fairness, phone video quality has come on leaps and bounds, but nothing compares to having a professional filmmaker, solely dedicated to capturing the big day as perfectly as can be. Some clients have commented that, what with all the fuss, the day can seem to fly by in a blur, so a video is a great way to relive it, as it was, free of the overload.

Why Zëyus Media?

As well as providing thousands of pounds of professional filmmaking equipment, effects, extensive music libraries and years of technical expertise; what sets me (Andrew Wildey/Zëyus Media) apart is that I come from a background in music and documentary. Where dedicated wedding videographers are great, there can be a tendency to go through the motions and remain formulaic. I’ve actually been hired to re-edit ‘phoned-in’ work of this nature. With my work ‘generic’ simple isn’t an option. Everything I do is a custom treatment of something original, be that a song or documentary subject, with the primary focus always being upon the emotion. The effect is that I make you look like rock stars, hit all the emotional beats with the occasion captured at its most real, natural and unique.

Package Options

To say that “everything is custom” and then follow by offering packages may sound a little strange and to some extent, I would agree. My packages however were put together purely due to demand for them and predominantly act as a guide to reflect workload/cost. Things can be swapped in or out, paired back or enhanced as per your own custom requirements. Here is a basic rundown of what the different packages offer.

• Basic – A very simple, fuss free, discrete film of key moments from the day. Audio is recorded via directional microphones and music beds are used to underpin the action.
• Standard – Multiple cameras provide a variety of angles so no moment is missed. Wireless microphones are hidden on the bride, groom and registrar for crystal clear audio with an extensive music library employed to highlight individual moments.
• Premium – The full bells and whistles with everything from the standard package plus lighting, an additional camera operator, a custom-designed DVD/BluRay, full speeches video, stills and the hosting of a YouTube Premier.
